Luis acts in the advisory and litigation areas (arbitrage), both for the corporate/entrepreneurial and civil sphere, in claims of high complexity. He has experience in Corporate Structures, M&A`s, Investment Formats and Financial Capture, Property, and succession planning, as well as in cases of structuring of high-complexity contracts (Agronomy, Construction, and others). He teaches postgraduate courses and holds an LL.M. in Business Law from IBMEC and a Postgraduate in Tax and Tax Management from the Institute of Continuing Education (IEC).
