Identification of data and conditions of the insured person in order to identify possible failures or irregularities of social security assistance.

ADMINISTRATIVE SOCIAL SECURITY PROCESS

The administrative process takes place within INSS itself, in which the insured person directly requests to the authority to grant or review a social security benefit, so that the decision will be made by the Body itself.

JUDICIAL SOCIAL SECURITY PROCESS

Faced with the denial of the administrative process, with occurs towards the INSS itself, the insured person that disagrees with the provision of the social security Body, may trigger the Federal Court in order to obtain a different decision in the case.

LIFETIME REVIEW

Action that aims to recalculate the value of retirement, considering the social security rule of the most advantageous condition to the insured person. In this case, all installments, since the beginning of the social security contributions made by the individual will be considered to calculate the benefit salary, as long as the legal requirements for access to said review are met.
