Pedro acts in the consulting area in the corporate and civil spheres, having experience in M&A’s, Corporate Structure, Debt Structuring, Investments and Financial Capture, Asset and Succession Planning, Engineering Contracts (EPC, Entrepreneurship, among others), as well as High Complexity Contracting. In addition, he also has experience in arbitration, whether in corporate or civil matters. Pedro has a Master’s in Private Law, with an emphasis on Business Law, from FUMEC University. He holds an MBA in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from FGV. Postgraduate in Tax and Tax Management from PUC/MG.
