Graduated in Law and specialist in Business Law from Faculdade Milton Campos, specialist in management, with an emphasis on finance, from Fundação Dom Cabral and master’s degree in Private Law from PUC/MG. Works in the consultancy and litigation areas, leading business structuring and restructuring projects, in their corporate and contractual aspects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), structuring of relevant asset transfer operations, securitization operations, attracting investments, internationalization of companies , complex real estate operations and estate and succession planning. He has extensive experience serving companies from different sectors and sizes and also assisting clients on topics such as risk management, development and implementation of corporate governance and compliance structures.
